Kyron Audio Gaia system. Voted best sound at last year's show (certainly not by me), and I wasn't too impressed this year either. Being dipole, probably a room limitation /setup casualty...

All Aussie system. Lenehan Audio (from the Gold Coast [just down the road from me actually]) and Once Analogue (from Nowra).

Every time I buy something new, I want ARC, but every time I prefer the sound of something else. Yes DACs ... I lestened extensively to both the DAC8 and the Naim. I have my eye on a Naim unfortunately ......soon,soon.

Maybe my hearing is in the toilet?
So, are you saying you like the look, not the sound, of ARC?

If your hearing is in the toilet because you like Naim, you must have a gold toilet seat.

No, never said I didn't like ARC sound, just that, with my budget (and the models of ARC I can buy) then, historically, something else has always beaten it in terms of sound.

But it still sounds good, looks good and the company has a great philosophy!
