I have heard these and they are very good. They were on my short list along with the 9008s. I still perfered the smoothness of the Pass Labs.

It is good to know that Pass Labs was smoother than the MBL 9007 amplifier... Thanks for sharing, as I have not heard the MBL 9007 or Pass Labs amplifiers - as of yet...

Looking at the specs for this amp, it uses the ICEpower modules that Martin Logan does in it's powered speakers (Vantage, Summit). Bel Canto is running them full bandwidth, instead of just low frequencies for the woofer.

6moons ~ review of this particular amp. was just glowingly great. I guess the ICEpower modules are proving to be wonderful sounding when running in full bandwidth, as you say... Thanks for the additional information....

Question for ALL of you based on the pic of the 9007 MBL Amp!

It shows RCA inputs if you want to go stereo, but only a balanced input for mono use...are there RCA to balanced cables out there? I only have RCA outs on my Rotel 1098 Pre/Pro and would LOVE to get one of these in the next 2 years or so...actually TWO of them...for the Prodigy! YEA BABY! Maybe even Bi-amp the Prodigy w/ the Rotel 1090 running the subs....hmmm....

Yep, they also make adapters. BAT amps only have xlr inputs but can be used with anything due to the fact that adapters are out there. Bat can make a set for less than $100 but there are many options in that department so it shouldnt be a problem at all.
