Yea, no kidding! You just can't win w/ the shipping game! I will count myself lucky that I had NO PROBLEMS with these speaker pairs being shipped: Ascent, Aerius i, Prodigy and MBL 101a! Knocking on wood for more luck!

I received my Vantages finally after DHL sent one from San Diego to Michigan, on to Ohio and then back to Colorado. My wife emailed me pics since I was still in Iraq and the damage to the boxes was horrendous. DHL basically crushed one end. The plus side is that upon carefully unpacking them there is zero damage to the speakers. Phew!

Well I shipped the amps back to Pass Labs out of my own pocket. $550 bucks!!! Nothing from DHL yet.
