Exclusive 2 channel
It's been a long time coming, but we are finally moved into our new home and I have been able to properly set up my dedicated 2 channel system.
It features The Summits of course, with a supporting cast of top notch electronics from past and present. Sources are JA Michell Technodec with Grado Sonata wood cartridge and digitally a veteran Theta Data basic transport feeding a Benchmark DAC1. Preamp is a BAT VK31SE amps are Aragon Palladiums. Everything is interconnected with Synergistic Research cables and held up by a custom rack by Adonna. The room that it is in is a difficult one, however, after weeks of tweaking it finally sounds as good as it looks!
July 21, 2007 update: After many unrelenting months of tuning and tweaking I have arrived at a system with overall sound characterized by a huge soundstage, crisp percussion transients, and the voice having just the right amount of hardness on the sibilants............. in other words, astonishingly like real music.

The HSU serves the 5.1 TV watching system which is on a perpendicular axis with the audio system. Unfortunatly, it's the only location for that sub
The blue thing isn't on the Summt's feet, it's blue painters tape that I use to mark the location of two legs of the speaker. That way if it gets moved for any reason, I know exactly where it belongs.
The floor is high tech multi layer wood and since it is floating over the concrete slab on foam it has it's own resonance characteristics and became part of the tuning nightmare of that room.
