2) live long enough to see the Buffalo Bills win a Superbowl ( I think this may be on Dave's list as well)

I thought these were supposed to be things that were actually achievable. :D

4) Have Rich and I agree on something political :D:D

You can check that one off. We already agreed to disagree, didn't we? ;)

Lost a friend of mine on Friday night when his car slid off of the jackstands and landed on top of him. I guess you're right, I need to start a list.

I am so sorry to hear that, I also lost a friend years ago changing brakes on an RV that fell off its stands on gravel . Very tragic

Rich your most likely right on the Bills maybe we can start a wishful thinking thread.

On the second point I know I agreed but if you do also I can in fact cross it off the list.:D

Yeah, Hocky it always kind of sneaks up on you and hits you in the face.......Mortality is real sadly, especially when it is a friend or loved one.

Sorry for your loss.:(

Was this someone local? I hope it was no one that I knew.

Yes, it was someone local, his name is Ben Towle. You may have seen it on the news Fri/Sat.

I would like to be free of the upgraditis bug.
Wouldn't we all. I thought about quitting this forum just so I wouldn't be goaded into upgrading by looking at what everyone else is doing here, but even that would not do it. Besides, I'm having a lot of fun here and have met some great people (virtually and really) here.

You HAVE been counted, but not on THAT digit. Considering I said that it was a pleasure to meet you, I'll let you conclude which bucket you fall into. :p

Is it love, though, Bernard? Or is that purely reserved for Mariah?

(I'm never going to let that one down. Ever!:) Nor you the port, I suspect!)

Sod it, Justin ! You are right again ! My love is reserved for Mariah.......and the fairer sex in general. Guess I am a sailor at heart - a girl in every port, and port in every girl. Did I say "port"? Guess I tend to do that in the presence of the High Priest!
