As it has been said talk to the person by phone. Audiogon had changed the feedback system. The old system allowed a wider range of explanation of the transactions involved. I've had a few transactions of both buying and selling. They were all successful by talking directly with the person or persons involved! I tend to baby my equipment and usually end up with a buyer or seller also with an OCD.
