Hey fellas,
I'm looking at home floor plans and without having an unlimited budget, it is very difficult to get everything just right.
In a plan that the wife and I both like, we found a spare room in the 2nd floor. They call it the 2nd floor family room which measures symmetric 13'x14'... the ceiling height is 9 feet. A single set of windows on one of the shorter walls.
Looks to be a great fit, but I'm concerned that it might be on the smaller side.
What do you guys think? It's been a while and I'm getting rusty.
