    Star Trek movie..

Saw it tonight. Could not agree more Tom!!! I had a perma-grin for more than 2/3 of the flick. Great movie, and the inside stuff that only Trek fans would know was off the hook. I imagine it would be nice for non Trek fans also. Doug- out

    new cleaning machine

Glen and all, I think over the years I have modified how I use my Nitty Gritty and I think it works great. The process I use would be a bit cumbersome to describe in words, and would be better to see in person. I know thats not always possible (obviously) but I do believe it gets the job done...

    Well Tempered Amadeus TT

I had a WT table for years and could not get it dialed in completly. The last half of the record always sounded poor. I have been told that I just didn't know how to adjust the thing. I am sure that was the case, but I couldn't live with it anymore. Traded it in for the Champ and could not be...

Toto Tom, Are u a Toto fan? I saw this group twice in Chicago last year at the House of Blues. Once with Mike Pocaro playing bass with a obvious thumb injury on both hands. The second time with the legendary leland Skylar on the bass. What a incredible group of musicians!!! I have live in...

    Montreal hifi show 2009

Vienna Acoustics. Those Vienna Acoustics in the 2nd pic from the bottom are the s#!T. I have heard these many times at a Place in Morton Grove Il. the Top cabinet is moveable and host a midrange and super-tweeter I believe. I have never heard the CLX to make a comparison but the Vienna's are...

I would have spent hours there!!! I went to a record sale show in Hillside (a burb of Chicago) a couple of weeks ago. It looked to be about the same size from what I see in your pics. I was there 4 1/2 hrs. bout about 60 records and cost me about $100.00. Sure seemed Like a deal to me. Doug - out
