What to buy??

Im just entering the ML univers, so pls help me make the right choice.
I have heard most of the high end ML speakers, but my budget is limited.

I am thinking: Ascent.

What are the pros and cons?


My next purchase:
Amp: Bladelius Thor MK II (2x165W)

The Ascent is a fine speaker. This one is part of the older generation of ML speakers and they exhibit a different sound vs their modern counterparts. The older models can be bi-amped (separate amps for the woofers and panels) whereas the newer models (vantage, summit, etc) cannot since they have internal amplifiers built in them.

You may want to look at the Ascent i model with the improved stator panel over the original Ascent.Also, the CLS model may be of interest to you.
