What part is the "spar?"

I don't understand some of the names of the panel parts, even though I've had my speakers for years. Just ordered new Aerius I panels and don't understand what/where the "spar" is. Also not exactly sure where the "stator" is. I thought the "stator" was the little clear plastic pieces
on the back of the panel. In my case I think there are three...Or is the "stator" the name of the mylar like film inside altogether?

You'd think I'd know this by now, but it has always confused me.

The "spar" is/are the horizontal 'strips' that you see in your panel.

The "Stator" is the part of the ESL that remains stationary, ie. the perforated panels.
