Vantage Damage?

NO! UPS went to the guys house and said they saw no visible damage on the boxes and if I wanted to go further they would have to remove his speakers to their inspection wharehouse and inspect, yea that would just lead to more damage.

Can you file a claim even if there is no visible damage to the shipping cartons?

I just wanted to point out that the cracked struts is a known issue so it may not have been the shipper's fault. During the early runs, the factory over tightened the rods which led to cracked upper strut. It happened to me and ML shipped new struts right away.

Well I had them for 8 months without any issues, playing all kinds of music at all volumes and this suddenly happened after shipping.
