Tweeter to the rescue!

One of my 45 day old Vantages failed yesterday while playing loud Jazz music (panel not woofer) (is there an internal fuse/breaker that can be reset)??.

The local tweeter store (Jim McBride was the salesperson) gave me a loaner from their showroom while I wait for a replacement.

Total down time=2 hours.

That is good service.

By the way the Falls Church Tweeters now has a reasonable listening room ( considering they have more than one speaker set in the room) with Vantage, Vista, and Clarity side by side. However there is no Summit in the room.

Tweeter has never impressd in terms of hi end autio stuff but they were the closest ML dealer for me. Apparently htey are now trying a bit at the hi mid end.

That's real great to hear!

Tweeter is ok from my experience, but they seem to have their hands tied when it comes to making deals.... atleast, it's been very difficult for me to get deals from Tweeter as opposed to other stores.
