How much power do you need @ what nominal impedance, Justin? So I might be in the market for a high power/low cost class D solution power amp wise. Give us some more detailed f/b on them, Ken when you can?

Parasound A21 type power is fun - but in a much smaller package please - able to fit in a rack no more than 7"H x 21"W x 19"D 4 Ohms nom.
On the bench the Parasound hit 475 into 4 Ohms but 400 would do I guess.

In my old age I have become boring and predictable, just as my wife keeps telling me.Nailed it!
I had had a crown amp, that cost 500 quid for 500w, and it did as well as my AR Ref 110 with KT 120s. In fact I liked it more after I placed it on top of the Shun Mook resonators, because it reacted to them more than the AR which is damn heavy and built. So the soundstaging and decay improved.

Kerry is kinda shocked and surprised by this and has urged me to keep the Summits when we move...
I have a XLS 2500 sitting around and never thought of trying it on the ML'S will have to giver it a go ......................
I just have this need to simplify my life in preparation for retirement... Can't really explain it
Well, i have some time to made a decision, but I am definitely NOT taking the Summits to the new home. Could they work in that space? Yes.. Do I want them in that space? NO. Kerry is kinda shocked and surprised by this and has urged me to keep the Summits when we move... It's just time for a change and downsizing our household will be good..
I've been an ML owner forever, it seems (27 years!!)... I think the world will continue to revolve if I leave the fold... the LS50 is definitely on my list to audition, as well as the Kef Reference 1...But, I'll cross that bridge when I get to it. and no worries... this site will not be going anywhere, even if I don't own ML's.
Tom, you might want to check out the new Devialet Phantom. Interesting compact design...
