mis-aligned SL3 panels

Hello, I'm a new to your forum, and something has been bothering me now for a very long time.
The panels on my SL3s are at different heights!
I'm looking here to see if it's possible to move the oak rails on the sides and move the panels to the same height in each speaker.
has anyone replaced a panel or anything like that without completely butchering the thing?
should I post a picture so you can see what i mean?

Search the forum for "Panel Slippage". There are already solutions for this exact problem on the site.
