Meridian Amplifiers or Meridian 857 with MLs

Nope, sorry. BTW - you looked at Bryston, since you already have some of their gear? Solid, solid amps, handle low impedances offered by MLs, and with transferable 20 yr warranty you can get a 10-yr old, 2nd hand amp and be confident in its abilities & longevity...

Yes in fact I owned the 28B Mk1 monos and then the 28B Mk2 monos, best bass I ever had and respected them but never to be honest grew to love them.
