hey, i'm blindingly happy about where i'm going i took a 9 year dry run at this before and learned a lot - about myself as much as who i choose to share my life with.

I have stainless steel turn buckles and I looked into that. What the killer is, the swaying of the panels. What a cable will do is hold the panel tight one way but will allow the cable to flex and shorten the other way . NOW what did you create a better way to catch the mouse !
Looks good. B and C appear to be more compact with a lower profile. I like that. How high off the ground would these stands raise the speakers? A stand 6-8" seems about right for a CLS stand unless you have a large room.
