Introduction

Hello everyone,

I'm new here (as also in almost all audio forums) and I would like to present myself.

What I really like is MUSIC... Either listening to it, or playing (drums or Djing).

Altough I play blues and rock 'n roll w/ my band, I mainly listen to Jazz, Blues and Classic.

In the meantime, I'll introduce my humble equipment.

Turntable - Pro-Ject 9.1 X w/ Denon DL 103

Phono Preamp - Pro-Ject Tube Box SE (1st edition w/ the acrilic faceplate)

CD - Vincent CD S1

Pre - Sonic Frontiers SFL 1

Power - Vincent SP-331

Speakers - Martin Logan Asents

Media player - Acer laptop w/ Arcam rDac (only FLAC files using Foobar 2000)

Interconnects - Kimber KC1 ; Chord Cobra Pus; Chord Silver Siren (if I'm not mistaken)

Speaker cables - Kimber 8TC

Mains cables by Isotek and Audio Agile.

Looking forward to get enough money to buy quality mains for the speakers :co

I hope to learn and have some fun here.

Nice to see 'old school' analogue alongside liquid digital music. The Ascents are a superb speaker for the genres you listen to.
