This is very true !I like my Ascent/Descent better than I like the 2905 from what I have heard. But I'd like to take the 2905 for a PROPER RIDE. I don't think I know it that well...
OK - back on track - Vantage and Purity - as can be seen, MLs didn't feature strongly at the show. These chaps didn't make a connection...
The Spire's above sounded nice, but the volume was lowish... I was dying to crank them up a bit. Those Pass Labs amps sounded refined and very smooth....
Anyway... it's 1 AM in the morning here and I am knackered... so it's time for bed. I have photos of just about everything that was worth taking a photo of (in my humble opinion), and may post some more if there is any enthusiastic feedback... otherwise, I hope you have enjoyed the brief foray into Chinese Olympic Hi-Fi Pornography.
These speakers need displayed with some kind of lighting behind them!
I think we are all enthusiastic about this post. We are all audio lovers also I assume. I love seeing the TT pics I have the Clearaudio Limited Edition Champion, and at times I can't believe how great it sounds.
Doug - out

Great pics! Please keep 'em coming!
I'm surprised they didn't allow you to play your own material. Was this show geared more to the trade rather than the consumer? That might explain it.
I am sure they would have done, sleepy, but I didn't ask... for reasons re-read my post...
