Grotto/sub

Is there any way of testing the Grotto sub to see if the servo is working or not? I played the new Pink Floyd SACD Wish you were Here and the grotto was working excessively hard. The grotto is used as the LFE sub for my MC12V5eq lexicon i have stereo depth subs. which hardly worked at all when playing this disc.

Perhaps there is a lot of output to the LFE. Is this the only CD or movie that this occurs.

Stereo Depth = 6x8" drivers pushing the air vs 1x10" in grotto. Obviously one 10" driver have to work very hard to keep up with 6 depth drivers.
