I am planning a trip to Denver next month. This journey will take me through Utah. Zu's factory is in Ogden. I was going to try and find a place, hopefully at their headquarters, to take a listen to these unique and seemingly controversial loudspeakers. I know they have a 60 day try-before-you-buy policy....which is very very cool...and also unique in our industry. But they are so close to me, that I feel like I might as well go listen to them on their "home field".
Has anyone any experience with any of the Zu speakers? After reading several articles and reviews, I think its worth a shot. The prices even seem very very reasonable....of course thats if they perform up to their claims.
Pipe up if you have anything to add or say in general about Zu.
PS.....hmmmm....Wilson Audio is also headquartered in the same region....and we are a dealer so I know I could get in there for a grand tour.....ahhh....and I know Dave and I would get along. He is a Ferrari man as well....although the big difference there is that he owns them...I only drool.
