This is probably the first certifiable "audiophile" album I ever bought. I remember going into Listen Up for the first time, and they played this for me on their "big" system consisting of a Technics turntable, Shure cartridge, Apt Holman pre-amp, Crown amp and massive Klipsch Cornerhorns. It was the start of my addiction. I immediately put the Holman pre-amp on layaway (remember when we did that?), bought the album and knew I would never be satisfied with a console stereo ever again.
The album still sounds great, not like the cheesy Christmas drivel they are still dragging around on tour today. What a trip down memory lane!
