Yea Baby!!!

Looks great Satch. See if you can get some close-ups of the TT and post them. Your system and space looks fantastic.
How do you like the sound of that table? Or have you had the time to evaluate yet?
Glad things worked out for you on the search for vinyl playback nirvana.

Hey Doug,

Thanks, and yes, it sounds Awesome... Jtwrace really did me a huge favor by turning me on to this gorgeous looking and beautiful sounding Turntable with the RB 250 arm and Blue note cart. I only have half a dozen LPs right now but thats all I've been listening to since I hooked this baby up. Digital whaaa?

It looks really good... :D Maybe you'll start the Scheu club on the MLO.

Satch, as the others have said ......"welcome to our world and look'in good" !

Now, with a moniker like "Satch" you must add this LP to your collection !!!

My last name is Satcher... I think Louis Armstrong got the Handle (Satch or Satch-mo) from a tribal chief in Africa...

Dave, I have that 20th Century Masters version of Ella Fitzgerald & Louis Armstrong on CD and love it. Thats on my vinyl short list.

I really want to thank everybody on this site for helping me put this system together. There must be centuries of combined knowledge here and I've spent countless hours pouring over threads, links and yes the classified section. So far things are working out pretty good.

Vinyl fun

Satch,
Just to remind you or let you know of the possibilities. I just attended a record show today in the Chicago area. The show is held every other month at the same location in Hillside ( Suburb of Chicago) at a Best Western Hotel in the banquet hall. Today I picked-up 40 records of all different styles from classical, to jazz, to hard rock, to.........you name it. Spent a whopping $75.00. So far after examining and cleaning and listening to quite a few, I would say they would grade Excellent+ - NM-- Overall a great day with some great finds. My collection is about 4000 strong so I'm rather picky about what I purchase. Having said that I still found 40 slabs!!:rocker:
Just letting you know to keep your ears open and you will probably find this kind of show in your area. If not, check these guys out. I have delt with them and found the prices fair and they have a good selection.:D
