Anyone here have the Rave channel -- I'm hooked

Upgraded my Satellite receiver a couple of days ago to get more HD channels.

Have been watching the Rave channel ever since -- AWESOME:rocker:

Right now I'm watching Carlos Santana at the 2004 Montreux Jazz Festival.

Here, the MHD (Music High Def) channel was added. It is a MTV product. Like you and Rave, I have seen some great concerts and performers on it.

On RAVE, I like the Jules Holland show.

My favorite channel is RushHD. Music and extreme sports combined.

Jim,
I'll have to check out the RUSH, I was heavily into skydiving back in the mid 80's. My nickname at the drop zone was Rambo. Back when I had a full head of hair.:D

When we played chicken I was always the last one to pull my rip cord.

I've always wanted to see a video of skydiving done to Yanni's song "Nostalgia" I can always picture one playing in my head everytime I hear it.

Agree

Great concerts!

I was watching Peter Frampton. I'll tell ya he still has it.

His voice still sounds the same.:rocker:

Last August Frampton actually played at our company meeting, The older crowd was really diggin it, The younger folks all wanted to know who the hell he was. He played 7 or 8 songs and finished with " Do You Feel Like We Do":rocker:

Chris your right he still has it, he was promoting a new Album that was coming out at the time, never did pick it up though.

It was kinda wierd watching a bald Frampton on stage, I guess time marches on, my wife says I'm still in denial, but now matter how old I get I'm never gonna grow up.:D

The "new" album is instrumental. Good, but I always liked his vocals. Try his concert DVD Live in Detroit-a wonderful sounding version of Lines On My Face. Allegedly filmed with a high def camera-rumors of a reissue in HD video with one of the new "lossless" formats.
