New Room For Logans- Pictures
Hi Guy's ,
Just thought I would pass along some photo's of my dedicated room in progress. The ceiling has 3 layers of Roxal safe and sound. Since the pictures were taken, I have put resilient channelling on the ceiling and 5/8's drywall will be on the ceiling.
The wall with the door will have resilent channelling with 5/8's drywall on the inside and 2 layers of 5/8's with green glue on the other side. Insulation again is roxal.
The lining room wall has block as the pictures show up to about 4 ft.After that there is the existing living room drywall, 1 inch thick, then roxal, more drywall , another layer of roxal , then the final drywall layer.
The walls with the rigid pink insulation are block walls. Every joint , nook and crany has been acrylic caulked or acoustuic caulk used. Looking forward to getting it finished. It has been a lot of work. The pink panel on the one wall was off at the time so I could finish running the projector wires. The door to the room is an exterior sealed unit. The stereo will be going on the short wall where the window is. I will probably cover the window with a diffusser.
Sorry guy's, I am having a hard time getting the pictures attached. Hopefully I will get them on soon.
The problem with attaching the pictures is that they exceed the forums limit in KB . Is there another way around it?
Cheers, Greg
