ML speakers in Mitsubishi 149 series HDTV?

I stumbled upon this interesting thread in AVSforum claiming that ML helped design the soundbar in the Mitsubishi 149 series LCD HDTV's. Perhaps they're using the ML ATF drivers. Would be interesting if ML is venturing out into the OEM market! Anybody know anything about this?

Correct that ML collaborated with Mits on the "Sound Projector". I have not heard it yet, but have been curious about it. I have read a few reviews saying that is sounds great, the surround function works pretty good, just that it cant play super loud....well that isnt the idea.

I think its a cool feature...and I hope it sounds as good as it should coming from ML.

What are ATF drivers? and how much was Martin Logan involved?

Hi guys!
I am new to this forum, and I am the one that originally posted in the AVS forum. I love my Mitsubishi 149 series, and I had thought the soundbar was unreal sounding( especially when playing uncompressed movie soundtracks or music). Then I was told by a guy in Magnolia when I was saying it sounds sooo great...
Much better than any other Soundbar I have heard( I also own the Yamaha YSP 4000) " it should sound great, it's Martin Logan "

First, what are the ATF drivers you refer to. Is it possible these are used for this?
And does anyone know, to the extent.. how can I put it...that Martin Logan was involved? I was told that Martin Logan designed it and Mitsubishi built it.
That would still be pretty damn good for a television, right?
