Folks,
This is funny! My wife was browsing the internet last night, looking at homes in different parts of the country. She happened upon an MLS listing for a home in Dallas Texas and she stopped on one of the pictures, looked at it, and said "Honey, these speakers look like those Martin Logan speakers you showed me online once..." My curiosity piqued, I looked, and sure enough, there were a pair of what I think are Aerius's, but I am not sure. They were certainly ML though. There was also what looked like a Cinema center channel speaker above the TV.

I wondered if any of you are selling your home in Dallas? I looked on the Frappr map, and didn't see any one posted there...

Here is the LINK to the MLS listing. I don't know how long it will stay up, so I will also attach the pic to this post.

Looks like a nice home too.

CapT, I think those are a bit big for Aerius, but i could be mistaken. Maybe they are Quest/Request or SL3's. That Cinema looks like it is pointed a little to far down...unless you lay on the floor in front of the TV to watch it! :D

They're definitely NOT Quests/reQuests.. Look more like SL3s to me.

Looks like they're WAY too close to the walls too.. Maybe we should contact the realtor and let them know.

ROFL! :haha1:

Great ML System...

capT,

:D This is one ML Super System that just eluded me... :D Looks wonderful though. I find ML super systems in the strangest places as well, which is why I keep looking, in my never ending quest for photos of all ML Super Systems...

I would guess SL3's, the panels are too wide for aerius. Does it look like the right one is toe'd in way more than the left?

One of my sad little habits is looking for audio gear in house porn photos whether estate agents, books, magazines etc.

Best I have ever seen was a Prodigy/Acoustic Research reference (by the size) in a converted synagogue residence in a New Zealand magazine (North and South).

I assume there are many photos where audiovisual gear has been removed but there are so many photos of gazillion dollar homes with state of the art Bose systems in evidence.

Incidentally I think the designer/architecture mags are more likely to keep Logans in shot. It is the commonest speaker I have seen in design rags.

I bet if there were MBL 101's around they would keep those in shot too!! They are like art work. Man, I have really got it BAD for those speakers! Not that I don't LOVE my Prodigy, but 101's are like what 4X the cost, and even more different looking than the Prodigy. Love 'em.

Definetly SL3's, and yes, too close to the back wall.

Home should 'demo' pretty well with those
