help- Preamp to match Rotel RB 980BX?

hello all!

i just purchased a used rotel rb 980bx to replace my infamous yamaha receiver (see "member systems"; and no, i dont use my ps2 as a cd player). now i just need a preamp.

i'm looking only at used products, and my budget is under 100 bucks so that should help narrow it down. my speakers are the Aerius i.

You will never hear your Aerius speakers at their best if you only have 100 bucks... Better to buy a CD-player with variable output (2nd hand Marantz CD-17 for example) and drive the amp directly.
