I currently own a pass X0.2 / Pass X350.5 combo which drives the Martin Logan Summit.
I am contemplating replacing my amplification with a Graaf GM50 integrated. I would like to solicit opinions if these may drive the Summits and if there may be synergy in this pairing. The reason for my change is 2 fold:
1. I started off with tubes / Maggies 1.6. The pass combo provided me with a presentation that compares with the lushness / liquidity of a tube set up
2. I need to remove the pass combo to make space due to my moving to anotehr house. The new place has not so much space for a pass combo that comprises some 4 pieces of gear

Would appreciate opinions and views. Thanks!

Hi:
It just so happens that I recently auditioned the Graaf GM50 with the Summits in my home. The amp was warming up and already sounding great when I heard what sounded like one of those cars with overpowered woofers. I discovered that it was actually the woofers on the Summits that were oscillating at a slow rate. We powered everything down, and 10 minutes after turning the system on the oscillation returned. We never figured out the cause. Of all of the amps I tried at my place with the Summits I found the EAR V20 integrated amp was the best match. I've been very happy with it over the last few months.
