Followup on DOA Clarity

Hi, All,

apologize for the very late fill-in. I had posted before looking for help w dead clarity x2. I vaccuumed the panels x3 and one came back to life. The other had a defective HV PS. Both are now working thanks to spare parts from ML. Kudos to the service dept at ML - SUPER helpful.

IMHO the HF is still less than id like- still sounds a hair muffled but both panels are def working.

Did you inquire with the service department how much replacement panels are? If those are the original panels, they could be nearly 22 years old. I know my Prodigy panels were done after 20 years

They are about $1k. If the panels were so dirty that they made no sound at all, they could probably benefit from a trip to the shower.
