amey01 is correct you could still have problems but I am a gambling man you may not be. I think if people kept most of this to themselves Martin Logan may be a little more forthcoming with help on out of warranted items or things that are in the gray area as this subject is but as it seems every time someone has a problem they publicly document it with text and pics and the entire interaction with Logan this would make me much more conservative to the "rules" as a manufacture. just my opinion but sometimes a manufacture will help you anyway even if you did not go threw the full retail chain of command just to keep you as a customer but if they think you are going to blab your mouth to everybody they may not as they could loose the backing of the bigger HIFI dealers.
