Audiostatics with Final Sub

The Final isn't bad provided you crossover fairly low down - don't let anything much over 100Hz near it or it can get a bit bloomy.
It is certainly better than my old REL Storm (mk 1), perhaps being an IB rather than reflex loaded helps the speed with electrostatics a little.

Thanks for the advice, though I doubt if I will want a sub with the Prodigys.

Reviving this thread... Audiostatic is apparently offering new models featuring built-in ice-power amplification, pre-amp based room correction capability (? DEQX based), and support for direct input from music servers (? iPod, Squeezebox, others). Their website also mentions new dynamic subs, and claims a freq response of 25Hz-22Khz. It seems they only offer a standard aluminum satin finish, so ML still wins from the WAF standpoint...

I think the Audiostatics are fantastic looking speakers! I also particularly like the Final Sound speakers, also from Denmark. [Although the same can't be said for their sound quality - it didn't impress me that much]
