Hello,
Long time listener, first time caller.

I tend to listen to music at low volumes and as a result my speakers don’t always wake up.

I was wondering if anyone has experience with, or schematics I could use to, add a 12v trigger to my Vantages and Depth-i. I’d like to be able to bypass signal sensing by adding relay to the boards. Because the depth has a physical 3 way switch, I figure I should be able to replace it with a 4-way. But the Vantages may take a bit more work. Fortunately the boards seem to be fairly well laid out with nothing too crowded.

Thanks!

If you post the schematic for the Vantage HV supply, someone clever will tell you how to modify the sensitivity of the music sensor (iirc it's the ratio of two resistors) so it detects smaller signal, and then you won't have to hack them.
