I currently don't have a digital active x-over, so my preamp is feeding a single signal to the monobloc, which has 2 separate outputs. I run 2 speaker cables from each output to 2 separate sets of binding posts on each speaker. So no x-over other than the ML built in electronics.

I haven't heard ML paired with Krell's line of new amps, so I'm not much help. However I have been running ML and class A Krell together for several years and I think it is some of the best sound available. All of this is very subjective and biased of course.

I bought these new in 2006, they have been in a pet/kid free household since day 1. I still have the original boxes and packaging. Asking $3200 plus shipping.

I really like the development of the C8. Once they become available, I'll be taking one for a drive to get a better understanding. But based on various reviews, I like it enough that it has already assumed a spot on my future car list.

Wow, that is going to be one hell of a karaoke system!!! You will have a solid system with Passlabs and Krell. I used a Krell Showcase processor and 5-ch amp (bi-amping and bi-wiring the Odysseys) for the first 5 years of Odyssey ownership and never had a problem.

Thanks for posting the pictures, they look great. If this is a taste of design of what's in ML's future, I think we will be seeing some very interesting speakers.

Rich, I share your sentiment. I'm very happy to see ML design and build this speaker, even if I will not be able to afford it new.
