One of my Sequels is sick :(

Sorry to go off context here but Jon, could you please supply the specifics on the woofer exchange you did on the Monolith"s? The supplier and instructions would be very helpful as I plan on following suit. I will be right behind on the Sequel's as well.

    New View for 911's ???

Good eye--It's a 99 and a tip and I would not be too surprised to find that your 928 GTS would be faster. It is quite respectable when you jump on it but the car is no white nuckeler. Just enough to get your heart rate up but not enough to stop it.

    New View for 911's ???

An actual 911 (996 to be accurate) ML's and fast cars make for a great forum. Enjoying the thread and since I have not seen too many 911's in the 911 chain, I thought I would share one. As you might imagine, the stereo is not stock and I have the back seats (worthless as they are anyway) in...

    The Shore

Artist: The Shore Title: The Shore Year: 2004 Lable: Maverick Genre: Rock/Pop This self titled debut CD is one of the best I have heard from start to finish in a long time. Most people have never heard of them but there stuff is very radio friendly without being too commerical or sappy...

    Paul Rodgers Muddy Water Blues

Paul Rogers Muddy Water Blues 1993 Victory Music Genre: Blues/Rock General Comments Tough to categorize this one as it features a number of Muddy Water's classics but all sung by Paul Rogers with back up from some of rocks greatest guitar masters. This CD is is well produced and will...

    Ambrosia: Anthology

Cowboy Star and several other tracks they did back in the day were produced by Alan Parsons and are not only theatrical but masterfully produced and as you say perfect for Logan's.

    System #139 (Sequel II, Theater)

Thanks for the comments and I hear you on the pictures and even with help this is the best we could do. I am not sure what kind of compression other people are using to get larger shots up linked but I will update at some point as I figure this all out. I had the room done (and redone) but all...

    System #139 (Sequel II, Theater)

Thanks for the welcome and the great forum in general! This is a great venue and I sincerely appreciate and applaud all the efforts that go into managing it. I did not know how the pictures would turn out as I had to compress them but you are right they are essentially useless. I tried to...

System #45 (Monolith IIIx, SL3XC, Sequel II)

I was completely amazed to find the first pair (passive) as I never see Monolith's. The second pair (Active) apparently come from the same person who owned the first (I would love to see what they are trading up for) so I think they are both about the same age and condition. I have only seen...

System #45 (Monolith IIIx, SL3XC, Sequel II)

Thanks for the response and I did look at some of your mods which is what drew me to explore this venue in more depth. I am sure there are a few people out there like me that would love to do the tweaks you have done but just do not have the knowlege. The woofer replacement assembly looks...

System #45 (Monolith IIIx, SL3XC, Sequel II)

Amazing undefinedI have been a ML fan since the first time I saw a pair of Sequel's in a high end audio store. I was first struck by the design and then when the owner fired them up I could not believe what I was experiencing. That demo left a huge impression on me but finances and priorities...
