The fabric and the plastic mesh support for the fabric cannot be broken or marred in any way. The plastic perforated mesh support for the fabric tends to be cracked and I do not want that.

Could someone make you one using 3d printing ? You should be able to provide measurements from the ones you have now, and that would allow a blueprint to be made I bet. Just an idea. The fabric shouldn't be too hard to get.
