Wow......what a young talent !

I was flicking through the channels and came upon my local PBS broadcast of a young Streisand prodigy.....Jackie Evancho, this 11 year old kid was amazing. Did anyone else catch her performance ?

I understand she is another David Foster discovery.

I don't think the Streisand thing works. She is known for her Whitney stuff. She has been on two David Foster specials and killed both times.

Isn't she the kid that came in second on "America's Got Talent" last year? On that show she was singing mostly operatic material.

She was on one of the reality shows and came in first or second. They released a CD almost right away. It's been a best seller for awhile now.

Yeah she has been around a little bit. I think she was discovered a few years ago... but she does have a CD out and it has been out for a little while now. I remember being at Best Buy looking at a new TV and saw her and David on the screens doing an interview. I turned it up and listened. Pretty cool story and awesome voice!
