subs integration with either passive and active woofers?

i just noticed that there is another british company that builds and sells subwoofers directly at very competitive price.
anybody ever heard of BK electronics.
They look very similar to rel and even have the same neutrik connections.
any advice one those sub matching with ML would be great.
