So i loooooooooooooove my motion 10's. I really though i wanted the 12's, but the 10's worked out great. Probably has to dur with my room size. Its just right. Anyway, heres my new question. With the 10's being good enough, size wise,......My next purchase is a center. I like the 8, but would the 6 be just as good for my application? i was set on the 4's, but maybe the 2's would work just as well? Any help would be appreciated.

Opinions??

Hola. For center, get the 8, for rears get the 4. You can set up all your system for THX. The other 6 and 2, you can not use the THX frequency cuts. Also, the voices and dialog is better with model 8. This is, to my ears and liking. Happy listening

I just replaced a set of B&W M1's in the rear with the Motion 4's. (the 10's were only $25 more a piece but would not work in my setup) I really like their voicing and even tried them up front for a while (to break them in) with a Grotto i subwoofer. They're pretty awesome. I was also looking at the 2's for the rear but went with the 4's because of the great review from Tone Audio. Also thinking of adding a pair of 4's in the office for my computer setup.
I'd use the same logic for the 8 as the center (versus the 6). Wish I could find a place to audition the 8 in Toronto but no luck with that.

The 10/8/4 system sounds like it would be quite nice. If I ever do setup a second system in our basement, that's the route I'd go.

Happy listening!

Yes, go for it!. There are a lot of options with subs, but you can not be disappointed with ML sound. First, quality, second: best service available on these days. Happy listening
