Missing the music

I've been on business travel to beautiful St. Augustine , Fl. for the past week and have another week to go. I am certainly missing my 2-3 hours a day of music. Several of the bars here have live and or DJ music available but it just is not the same as sitting in the sweet spot at home.

I guess I'll just have substitute eyeballing the local beauty(ies) for the music!

This is an old thread but the same topic. I'm back in St. Augustine but this time for the month of May. Been here a week now and I'm missing the music again. My wife flew down for the weekend and we enjoyed a couple of small jazz bands.

Tried eating at a seafood joint but Tiger had his yacht tied up at the marina so it was impossible to get in to eat. The Players Tournament is going on right now and was barely able to get a rental car at the airport. It is absolutely nuts down here right now!

Brad225, thanks for the offer. I'm not certain I can play hookie for a day or two but may keep it mind over the holiday weekend if the offer is still open!

Hi Jerry, thanks for the invite. My schedule is very inflexible while here but the holiday weekend may allow me a day to myself.

Saw the launch from the cockpit of an airplane. I was doing some ground runs and got a heads up on the radio. This was the second time I've seen it take off and it never fails to amaze me!

You're making it difficult to turn down. A chef, music and almost close enough for a day trip!. I'll get back with you.
