Martin Logan Montis issue

Hi everyone,

I own the Martin Logan Montis speakers since 2012.
I've an issue on one of my speaker : no sound is coming out from the higher part of the panel (the first 30cm from the top).
I've swapped power supply and backplate but nothing has changed...
Any suggestion ?

Hola Julien,
Swap the panel. If you have the same with the other speaker, you have a bad panel. Sometimes washing the panel works.

If a portion of the panel is making sound while another portion is quiet, then try squeezing the stators together along the right and left edges to encourage making a better connection between the copper charging strip and the diaphragm.

Had a similar issue with my Montis`s. Still under warranty and customer support sent me 2 new panels at no cost. I believe these are pretty expensive, as much as $2k + each
