Hello everybody,

I am a new member and i want to repair my Sequel 2 Speakers.

I looked on the forum, but i never find a solution how to stretch the new Mylar film on the back panel without wrinkles or imperfections, because the double sided tape is sticking everywhere when you try it.

Can somebody explain that to me (and the others) and how must you do it?

I am curious to your reactions.

Regards,

Marcel

Hola Marcel...I had a problem similar to you. I had a CLS stat panel with wrinkles. Mr. Power said that a hair dryer might work to get the wrinkles off, but you have to be careful, because you can melt the mylar. Try it with much care...happy listening,
Roberto.
