Harmon International (manufacturer of Harmon/Kardon, JBL, Infinity, Mark Levinson, Revel, others) was sold to an investment partnership KKR/Goldman Sachs today. Here is their official press release...

The wolves at KKR/GSCP will gut the company, spin off the less profitable units and can a bunch of the workers all in the name of share holder equity. Capitalism's finest hour! OTOH, maybe Mark Levinson the man can buy the use of his name back!
 
Isn't Lexicon a unit of theirs too?

What's the company that owns BW and Rotel again? Equity something?
