Any fans of Friends will remember the episode where Monica and Chandler are being watched by Phobe, et. al. from Ross' apartment and Phobe screams, "NO, NO...Oh, MY EYES, MY EYES" because she can't believe what she is seeing and it is terrible... I wanted to sceam that and add my ears to the mix too! That was TERRIBLE!

I can't believe you did that to us Joey! ;)

you were definately born in the 80's :haha1: (as was i)....have you ever seen that t-shirt says "product of the 80's" written on the front...i am imagining you rockin out to this song wearing that shirt:D

go 80's!

My wife's guilty pleasure from the 80's is Johnnie Hates Jazz-Shattered Dreams. I get laid every time I play it!

I liked that song too...I have it on my iPod recently played list. I have about 450 songs on that list... Probably 250 of them I could listen to every day and probably 100 of them I could hear a couple of times a day and feel good about it! There are probably another 200+ that I like, but don't want to hear all the time but make me smile if/when I hear them.

Go 80's! It was a GREAT TIME in my life! HS grad '83, Southwestern University (Georgetown, TX) grad '87... Oooooo, it is my 20th reunion this fall! YEOW, can I REALLY be that old! Not to mention got a crotch rocket, trail bike (motorcycle) and dirt bike, as well as a job and a wife all in the '80's! Good times! Good to still be w/ the same woman too as we have shared so much together over the years it would feel strange to have to be out there looking again... And of course I LOVE the music from the '80's!

Geez.... my GF's thread get's a "1 star" rating??

Better not let her see this... :( :( :( ...

Glad you guys enjoyed the little tidbit though, the song stuck to me now after seeing that clip and the movie! :)

It was the best of times (marriage) and the worst of times (med school/residency). Mostly it was wonderful because I was young, naive, and too stupid to know the times were bad!

"One of these things is not like the others... " (obscure, but applicable musical quote :)).

Moon Over Marin

The crowded future stings my eyes
I still find time to exercise
In uniform with two white stripes

Unlock my section of the sand
It's fenced off to the water's edge
I clamp a gasmask on my head

Another tanker's hit the rocks
Abandoned to spill out its guts
The sand is laced with sticky glops

O' Shimmering moonlight sheen upon
The waves and water clogged with oil
White gases steam up from the soil

I squash dead fish between my toes
Try not to step on any bones
I turn around and I go home

Yes, definitely, Dead Kennedys are like no other :D
