The problem with that is that the Summits would be used, and the panels especially wouldnt sound like new, unless they have been recently replaced.Wow, quite the find. The price is decent if really NEW. But around that same amount, one can find newer generation models, like the Summit, and those have better bass integration.
What was the sellers moniker? I cannot find the listing and it said the deceased had a houseful of gear besides this.
I'd take the new ones for $6000 all day long, unless the ones you listed have fairly new panels. New panels cost $3000, so you'd probably spend $5000 on that set and they are used.One third the price: $2000 Prodigy

That's my question as well. I'd say no, but can't say for sure. If they were stored in a cool dry place.My question is do panels deteriorate with time regardless of whether they are used or not?
