I have two Jamo 650 subs that I am using for my HT, I was thinking about running a single Audioquest Sub-3 cable from receiver to the LFE input on the Jamo and the a second cable from the Jamo sub out to the second Jamo LFE. Then my audio guy suggested an input the plugs into the receiver output and allows two sub cable to be run from the back. With either setup I would run different length sub cables since my receiver is located on the left side of my HT. Thanks all!

My first thought would be to run them both straight from the receiver, though I think (could be completely wrong on this) that will halve the voltage going to each, so you'll need to turn up the gain control on each sub to compensate. Not sure what running it from one sub to the other would do. The wiring would certainly be cleaner coming straight from the receiver/pre-amp though.

Unless I am missing something here the two options rcv to sub 1 to sub 2, and rcv split into both sub 1 and sub 2, would both be parallel connections. You write that your receiver is on the left of the HT. I take that to mean that sub 1 is the corner left of the HT, sub 2 in the right corner. In that case I'd run a short cable into LFE in on sub 1, and another longer cable from sub 1 LFE out into sub 2 LFE in. This minimizes differences in cable lengths, although I don't think that that is very important. But it would save you money, and cable routing would be neater.
