I recenly got a pair of Vistas, photos coming soon...

The question and problem I have is with the Auto Shut off. The model is designed to power down after some time without a signal. Power on is indicated by a little blue light. One of my towers does this perfectly, while the other just remains on. The speakers are only a short distance away from the kitchen and I dont want the smoke from food to get electrostatically stuck to the speaker and ruin them. I have the problem speaker plugged into a Monster Power filter with a shutoff button and turn it off that way when not in use for a long period of time.

Is there a way to correct the issue or do I need to contact customer service???

That's not a problem I've ever heard of before. Not sure about anyone else? Best to contact customer service I think.

No power down the stats then 4 screws to remove, then the supply is on the bottom drop out panel & about 6 screw on wires.
Plug em back in & your done.

Try plugging both into the same power bar/outlet as the amp. Also try swapping over to see if the problem follows the speaker.
