I added a 2nd PANAMAX MAX 5400-E power conditioner for the Pass amp, sub and the left Aeon. It's the one on the floor between the amp and sub.

Hey George,

Your system is looking great.

Obviously you were happy with your first Panamax 5400-E.

I have been looking at power conditioners for the last couple of years and can't decide what brand to purchase. Every manufacturer claims to have just what is needed. If I don't decide soon my hearing will be so bad it won't matter.

Is there something specific about Panamax that makes you use them over others on the market.

Thanks Brad for your comments! I just know that back in the old days when I was a network engineer for a computer company, we sold nothing but the best and for protection and conditioned power we sold to our customer Panamax equipment. They are known in the industry to be one of the best manufacturers of electronic and electrical protection, filtration and control products. I have been using them for my personal computers for over a decade and never lost a PC due to electrical issue. That’s saying a lot living in Tampa Bay Florida lightning capital of the nation.

Curious George......... does Pass recomend going into a conditioner ?? I guess my 'old School' thinking has always been just a dedicated circuit for the amp.

I don't know but with power the way it is around here and having severe lightning storms in the summer you would be a fool not to protect your equipment.
