Room is 32.4 x 17.7 x 8.2 Distance between speakers currently is 11.8. However, I will be "reversing the room", hopefully soon. Current room setup has a couple of issues, including left speaker with no wall backing, and a break in the wall midway on the right side. Haven't tuned for this...

I did not do the upgrade scientifically, in that I added the speakers AND the Pass Labs XP32 Pre and XA160.8 MonoBlocks at the same time, so I experienced at least somewhat of a "double-whammy" in the process. I realize the Pass side is probably a bit more than required, but was what I needed...

They come this way, not tilted back. BTW, upgraded from Summits. Dave said it would be a BIG Upgrade...and he was right. Love the sound!

Wow! Just goes to show I have much to learn, especially when it comes to optimizing with room treatments. Certainly agree with your choice of 15A Renaissance Speakers Aurender Server and Pass Labs Preamp and the MonoBlock Amplifiers! Jeeze, what a SYSTEM!!!

Yep, that's what I decided to do as well. And, yes, I also am confident Shawn will provide great advice.

BTW, although I have not yet posted my updated system, the Illusion Center Channel speaker is awesome!, and has far exceeded my expectations. This was a significant upgrade from the Stage I was using previously.

I, for one, can certainly attest to Shawn's excellence in every respect, in superb service both before and after the sale. And, certainly, his pricing is aggressive. He does what he says he will do -- a rarity these days. He has made me a customer for life. P.S. His advice and insights...

I promised long ago (around post #35) that I would report back when I finally made a decision. And the Winner is...Zigman and the Aurender A30. For my needs, for my purposes, this will easily do what I want to accomplish. Again, I appreciate all of the comments and suggestions made here, and...

Congrats on the dedicated room. Once one has listened to a good Martin Logan setup, you can't "un-hear" it.

Just trying to figure out why he tossed in this "throwaway" comment. In context, it seemed oddly placed, as if he alone had suddenly discovered this piece of knowledge and he was the only one in the know, and he was seeking to appear uniquely clever.

I understand he currently works for Harman, which does not have any electrostatic speakers in their portfolio. There are times when it is a good idea to "consider the source" of information provided

I ditched buying any more Samsung products since they punted on OLED. Same thing for any company not offering Dolby Vision. Appears he market has spoken...and will continue to speak.
