I had a hum in one of mine Summits and disconnect the ground in the main plug ,its solved the problem.

I have a Logos (befor I had a Cinema) and I have it rebuild by myself ,also change it in a 2 way system. it sounded great ! Look by DIY forum where I placed a tread.

After a month the membrane hold very well ! I replace mine Summit panels and the difference in loudness between the new panels and the Logos is smaller than 3dB .:D

I have had the ML clearity ,Vista and now Summits and Stylos. The Vista are not difficult to drive .I had more problems with the clarities. The panel of the Vista is not the same as the Summit ,it is the same system but they are smaller . The Vista are very good !

Oh still one thing ......, if you tried this (replacement of the membrane) tell me that and also the results and of you changed anything ..

It seems that its depend on the electronics before the panel ,sometimes you need to place a high ohm (10/20 Mohm)resistance for the membrane ,I tried that because I want to know if that influence the sound but it make no difference by the Logos.

The Logos panel has a advantage and disadvantage ad the same time, The panel is curved and that courses that under bending the mylar comes very close to the back stator ,on the other side you can pushed the panel to a flat panel ,that is important because now you can put the mylar under tension...

Oke , I will make a report of this and also where you can get the stuff. It takes a few days. Now I'am listening to a SACD from Martin Taylor ( Artistry) from the Linn label with beautiful gitar playing mostly from the center and it sound great .

I don't hear any difference , by mine first try I used clear mylar where I put a thin layer of grafit lack on it , no difference in sound .

Oke ,I will do that ,I'am now testing the Logos ,if it goes like it schould be I schall make the story incl pictures.

I just finish mine Logos :D where I put a new membrame .It is not difficult ,takes some time but you don't need special tools only the right mylar and tape . Let me know of you are interested and I shall tell what parts you need and where to buy it and how to do it . I used metalised mylar so...

For Logos owners; I just put a new membrame in mine Logos . You don't need special tools and it is not difficult and the Logos playes maybe better then a new one .If ML don't repair them you have to do it by your self ,right ? I shall make a topic bij DIY if interested I shall tell how to do it.

I had the same problem with one of mine Summits and the problem was the panel ,changing the panel to the other side and the problem stays by the panel. Be sure that the problem is the power supply befor you pursuit them . I think it is unlikely that both power supplies are broken.

The Logos was even better !

The ML centers are all 3 way speakers and that make the difference. I had a Cinema and change the filter in a 2 way filter and the cinema match much better with mine Vista and later the Summits . Now I have a Logos with a Summit panel (2 way filtering ) .

A Logos center with a Summit panel : summos center. In combination with an active subwoofer (don't need a big one ) , 2 way filtering of the panel and you have the perfect center ! Something smaller ,use then the Stylos panel ,is the same size as the Logos Update: I have finish now the center...

Last year I bought a used Logos , because I had seen that ML support every model . Like expected the Logos need a new membrame , a local tried to do this but the result was dissapointed so I want to order a new one but like you already know : no panels sold by ML anymore . I have also a pair...

Nice system Jim, I see that you are using a Oppo 95 too , are you using his analoge outputs also for 5.1 surround ? Such a beautiful music system deserve also a projector ? :)
