Gayle's Eikon (also Legacy Audio) both use the Böhmer Audio PerfectWave Preamplifier. Legacy actually sells the standalone unit as the Legacy Wavelet so it's already possible to incorporate that technology into a pre-existing electrostatic system. I've thought about trying that approach...

Unfortunately, Anthem now says the AVM 90's won't be shipping until "Fall 2021." I'm guessing that might reflect a chip supply issue due to the recent AKM factory fire. The MRX series use an older AKM chip, which I presume Anthem previously stockpiled.

Anthem just released their latest (non-beta) version of ARC Genesis. Hopefully they got most of the reported issues resolved. I have an MRX 740 on order. While I don't expect it's pre-outs to outperform my C-J CT5, I'm kinda hoping it's ability to apply ARC Genesis to my entire setup...

If you can't pull them out 4', using more extreme "toe-in", IMHO, can almost have the same effect (since the rear wave will not directly reflect back to interfere with the front wave). Experiment with that.

I believe the reason for the tilt is two-fold. The tilt allows slightly shorter panels (exception being the Renaissance), thus more manageable shipping size/cost. However, that required some tilt to expand the vertical soundstage (when standing). It's a compromise, which 99% of purchasers...

I have no idea how to interpret the reviewers measurements. Also, he alludes to frequency dips from room effects, but never utilizes ARC to address that. He also doesn't mention anything about optimizing phase/timing with his mains. Pretty worthless review, IMHO.

Only caveat... if NOT using a dedicated room, the greater the distance from the speaker panel to wall is directly proportional to the divorce rate!

Roberto, all your recordings uploaded to SoundCloud are wonderful! I'd love to be able to download them, so I can play them on my system (vs. just my laptop), but your SoundCloud download option is turned off. If that's intentional, I fully understand. Hopefully that's an easy fix if not.
